As systemic coach with a holistic approach I support clients to bring their inner voice and outer appearance in balance. I help to discover, develop and implement strategies for daily and long-term challenges within the business context. I offer my expertise as an ECA-certified systemic business coach (since 2023) with a demonstrated history of working in the cultural industry (since 2007) and academia (since 2003) to discuss topics related to sustainable workflows, the (re-)discovering of individual resources, such as mindset, skills, and network and the implementation of methods to empower and ease up the individual transformation process.
